62+ Elderly / Non-Elderly Disabled Community
Mount Pleasant Apartments consists of 42 one-bedrooms and 23 two-bedroom homes. The complex is composed of one four-story building that is located in a quiet residential setting, yet only minutes from Route 93, public transportation and city conveniences. The community offers amenities such as a community room, and on-site laundry. Supportive services and coordinated activities are available and management staff are located on-site.
Mt. Pleasant is a mixed-income community with age restrictions – income qualifications and rent restrictions may apply. Mt. Pleasant is predominately designed for seniors 62+ as well as persons with disabilities who are under age 62 and fall within the income guidelines.
